Terms of Service
Effective July 29, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the After Hours AI service operated by Haygood Ideas, Inc., a Florida corporation ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the service you agree to them.
What the service is
After Hours AI provides an AI phone receptionist that answers calls forwarded from your business line, captures caller details, and delivers them to you by text and email. Depending on your plan it may also include a hosted website, AI search visibility work, review management, and social content.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Usage above your plan's included minutes is billed in arrears at the per-minute rate for your plan.

There is no contract and no minimum term. Service is month to month and you may cancel at any time. We do not offer free trials.
Cancellation
Cancel by emailing [email protected] or calling (813) 822-0280. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. Setup fees are earned when the work is performed and are covered by the guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
Your phone number stays yours
We do not take ownership of your business phone number. The service works by call forwarding that you control and can switch off at any time through your own carrier. If you cancel, removing the forwarding restores your previous call handling.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business information so the AI answers correctly.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to place unsolicited calls.
- You are responsible for your own carrier charges and phone service.
What we do not promise
The service depends on telephone networks, internet connectivity and third-party providers we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not guarantee any specific sales, ranking, lead volume or business outcome. Where we describe results, they are examples, not promises.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give you notice by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
