Refund Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
30-day money-back guarantee. If After Hours AI is not right for your business, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it. That includes the setup fee. No contract, no minimum term, and we never run a free trial that converts into a charge you did not expect.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or call (813) 822-0280 and say you want a refund. You do not need a reason. We do not require you to speak to a retention specialist, because we do not have one.
Timing
- We process approved refunds within 5 business days.
- Your bank typically posts it within 5 to 10 business days after that, depending on the card issuer.
- Refunds return to the original payment method.
What is covered
- First month's subscription fee: fully refundable within 30 days.
- Setup fee: fully refundable within 30 days, even if the website or profile work has already been delivered.
- Usage charges above your plan's included minutes: these are pass-through telephony costs and are not refundable, but we will always tell you what they were before you are charged.
After the first 30 days
Service is month to month. Cancel any time and you will not be billed again. We do not pro-rate a partial month, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancellation is not a refund request
If you cancel, we stop billing you. If you also want your last payment back and you are inside the 30-day window, say so and we will refund it.
