Privacy Policy

Effective July 29, 2026

This policy explains what Haygood Ideas, Inc., doing business as After Hours AI, collects, why, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Callers to your business

When someone calls your forwarded line, we process what they say in order to answer them and pass their message to you. Your callers' information belongs to your business. We act as a service provider handling it on your behalf. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your callers.

How we use information

What we never do

We do not sell your information or your callers' information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages and your mobile number

After Hours AI runs a text message program for its own site visitors and its own customers. We text you only if you gave us a mobile number and ticked the consent box yourself. The box is never pre-ticked, and a number submitted without it is called by a person and is never texted.

If you asked for a visit on this website, the exact wording you agree to is:
“I agree that After Hours AI may send me text messages at this mobile number about my request, including scheduling and confirming my visit, replies from our assistant Jessica, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.”

If you are an After Hours AI customer receiving call summaries and account notices, the exact wording is:
“I agree that After Hours AI may text me at this number about my service, including call summaries and account notices. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.”

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only sharing that happens is with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only so that it can be delivered.

Service providers

We use third parties to deliver the service, including telephony, speech recognition, speech synthesis, AI model, hosting and payment providers. They may process information only to perform services for us. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

Retention

We keep call recordings, transcripts and lead records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete records sooner.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to access, correct, export or delete information we hold about you or your business, or to ask us to stop recording calls on your line. We respond within 30 days.

Call recording

Recording and transcription laws vary by state. You are responsible for any caller notification your jurisdiction requires. Tell us if you want recording disabled on your line and we will turn it off.

Security

We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

The service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

We will post updates here with a new effective date. Questions go to [email protected] or (813) 822-0280.
